Ordering Instructions
Select the Cap color from the dropdown menu. Select the embroidered emblem thread colors you desire. Thread colors may be adjusted in production for best appearance. Additional thread colors are available and can usually be matched to a PMS color. Contact Pro-Tuff at 1-800-223-6936 or via chat or email at office@protuffdecals.com to get started.
Custom embroidery designs can be digitized with your mascot or other art and wording. Additional production time is required. Select one of our stock mascot designs or upload your own artwork (EPS, AI or CDR files preferred. high-resolution JPG, BMP, PSD, TIF also acceptable). Explain any special instructions we need to know to create the embroidery you want.
After we receive your order, our talented art department will present you with an Art for Approval. We will only start production after your O.K. After your artwork is approved, your order will usually be shipped within 5-7 business days. You must call for RUSH SERVICE (additional charges apply)
