    Ordering Instructions

    1. Are you ready to place an order? You have the option to choose a stock design or upload your design/artwork. Simply place your order, and our art department will create a mock-up for your approval before proceeding with printing. Artwork proofs will typically be created and emailed to you within 3 to 5 business days.  You can also utilize our Design Studio to create your own design! If you need assistance, feel free to contact Pro-Tuff Decals at 1-800-223-6936, through chat, or via email at sales@protuffdecals.com.

    2. If you're not ready to place an order, you can upload your design and information to request a quote (note that no art proofs are provided for quote requests).

    3. Once you've approved your art proof, your order typically ships within 3-5 business days, although it may take longer during the peak season in August and September.

    4. If you need RUSH service, please call us to check availability (additional charges apply). Expedited shipping is not included in the rush fee.
